About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Recruiter with a sourcing-first mindset to join our fast-growing consultancy. In this role, you’ll focus on building deep candidate pipelines, crafting compelling outreach strategies, and fueling our search processes with highly aligned talent. If you thrive on uncovering hidden talent and obsess over high-quality matches, this is the role for you.
This is a flexible, part-time 1099 contractor role (~20 hours/week) based remotely in Colorado with in-person team collaboration in Cherry Creek 1x/week.
🔍 Top Responsibilities – Sourcing & Funnel Leadership
Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative search strategies to uncover top-tier talent and build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
Outbound Engagement: Craft and send personalized, brand-aligned outreach messages to passive candidates that drive high response rates.
Screening & Candidate Profiles: Review resumes and conduct intro calls to assess alignment; summarize key insights in polished candidate briefs.
Database & Tools Management: Keep candidate records current in our ATS (Teamtailor), track sourcing activity, and ensure efficient workflow visibility.
Talent Insights & Strategy: Share real-time feedback and talent market insights with the team to continuously refine our sourcing strategy and better serve clients.
✅ What You Bring
3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or research—agency background preferred
Proven success sourcing passive candidates and engaging top talent
Tech-savvy with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (Teamtailor a plus), and sourcing extensions
Detail-obsessed, organized, and quick to adapt to changing priorities
Deep care for candidate experience and employer brand
Strong communicator with high integrity and professional polish
Bonus: Experience in executive search or consulting environments
