Assist in the creation of candidate profiles and other related documentation.

You May Be A Fit If
You have 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or PE firm setting.
You operate with the maturity and sophistication required to directly and independently support CEOs and senior executives, bringing confidence, discretion, and sound judgment to every interaction.
You excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments and can expertly manage multiple high-priority searches without compromising quality or precision.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity—you proactively create structure, identify what’s needed, and drive the process forward without waiting for directives.
You bring depth of experience in senior-level client and candidate management, and you know how to build trust quickly with executives who have high expectations.
You have a strong point of view on talent and can thoughtfully advise clients, challenge assumptions, and guide CEOs toward the right hiring decisions.
You think beyond traditional recruiting processes, introducing creative search strategies, innovative sourcing techniques, and insights that elevate the overall search.
You consistently deliver with speed and accuracy, maintaining exceptional attention to detail while operating with urgency.
You enjoy shaping the candidate and client experience end-to-end, ensuring every touchpoint reflects professionalism, clarity, and care.
You thrive in a consultative role, partnering with internal leaders and clients to continually refine and improve how searches are executed.
You May Not Be A Fit If
You require rigid structure, predictable workflows, or step-by-step instructions to operate effectively. Our team succeeds by creating clarity in fluid, evolving environments.
You are uncomfortable with ambiguity or change, or you prefer narrowly defined responsibilities rather than owning the full search lifecycle.
You lack experience managing senior stakeholders, particularly CEOs or high-growth founders, or you are hesitant to advise, redirect, or challenge perspectives when needed.
You rely heavily on established processes rather than bringing innovation, creative thinking, and tailored strategies to each search.
You struggle to maintain precision in high-velocity environments, especially when balancing multiple executive-level searches simultaneously.
You prefer traditional in-house recruiting, where requisitions and requirements remain steady and predictable.
You are not energized by business development, relationship-building, or contributing to broader organizational growth, which are integral aspects of a senior role at Vannin.
You do not enjoy operating as both strategist and executor, shifting seamlessly between advising CEOs and personally driving detailed recruiting work forward.
