Vannin Chief of Staff has been retained by a significant multi-entity Family Office based in Atlanta, GA to identify a Director, Office of the CEO.
Our client oversees a complex and growing enterprise of companies across sports, entertainment, hospitality, and more, with Family Office responsibilities spanning investment oversight, portfolio engagement, governance coordination, and cross-entity operations. As the organization continues to evolve, the CEO is seeking a high-caliber operator to serve as a true execution partner.
This role is designed for an analytically strong, low-ego leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-discretion environments and is energized by building structure and operational discipline where it does not yet exist.
Director, Office of the CEO Role
The Director, Office of the CEO will act as a strategic execution partner to the CEO. This is not an administrative support role, nor is it a purely strategic “thought partner” position. This individual will drive operating cadence, own board preparation and governance coordination, push cross-functional initiatives to completion, establish scalable processes, and enable the CEO to operate at the appropriate strategic altitude.
The role is intended to materially increase CEO leverage and elevate focus toward enterprise-level strategy, board engagement, and portfolio oversight. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with a blend of analytical rigor, operational discipline, project management expertise, and executive communication skills.
They demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and intellectual curiosity. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, they are collaborative, action-oriented, and highly discreet with confidential information.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Atlanta, GA. Limited travel as needed.
